LotusTunes Sample Packs, MIDI files and preset packs are 100% royalty free and can be used in any commercial musical projects such as own releases, bootlegs and remixes.
Project files & templates do not apply to this license and are property of LotusTunes. Rendering the project files (or templates) and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is prohibited. You may however use presets, samples loops, rhythms, melodies included in the project files in your own tracks & releases.
Redistribution of the services and products provided by LotusTunes is strictly prohibited. All our services are protected by International Copyright Law.
We may at any time change or alter the price of our products. We do not offer refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offers.
All orders placed on the website are delivered digitally via the internet. They are not sent via post or delivered to the customer as tangible goods.
As we offer digital goods, refunds aren’t possible, since digital products cannot be returned like normal products. To prevent abuse of this system, we only offer refunds in exceptional cases. If you’d like to sumbit a refund request, feel free to contact us via email.
